  • Objective: Position participants as CEOs of their future, responsible for analyzing paths and making informed choices.
  • Content: Explain that, like any CEO, they’ll face uncertainties, but these decisions are opportunities to explore and grow.
  • Activity: Reflect on past decisions that required courage, setting the stage for building self-confidence.

2. Pathway Exploration: Mapping Options Based on Current Resources

  • Current Experience: Jobs they could pursue immediately.
  • Certification Path: Roles accessible with targeted certifications (e.g., trade certifications, tech certificates).
  • Degree Path: Long-term roles that may require a degree.
  • Activity: Participants research a field of interest and list entry-level, certification, and degree-based roles to understand their range of opportunities.
