All of us have a need for acknowledgment, to be heard, and listened to. This respect creates trust and avoids a defensive posture.

"Open up more" concentrate on the moment and be more in tune with the needs of others.

Focus allows you to assess clearly what is happening. It gives clues on pacing, when and where to speed up, slow down, or take a break.

Focus creates a partnership that ensures that an impersonal relationship does not occur. Rather, "Everyone is in it together".

Use play and surprise.

Learning is more fun when concentrating comes naturally and is not forced. Create a fun atmosphere as opposed to a dull one.

Play makes experiences more relaxing and encourages confidence. Life is short; don't take yourself too seriously; it contributes to a relaxed, enjoyable learning environment.

Playing games and having fun does not mean that demands are not met. Play establishes a strong position as a leader in the world of innovative ideas. Demand quality in the things you do while having fun at the same time.

Leading in dual modes, rational and emotional, a successful encounter harmoniously combines the two modes. Both are basic to each person and therefore come naturally to each person.

Emotion includes contact with each person.

Rational deals with more technical objectives such as organization, efficiency, profitability and technique. Combing the two is critical to each person's success.
