    • Use the information solely for the purpose of advancing the project as agreed upon.
    • Take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the information, including secure storage and limited access.
  4. Exceptions to Confidentiality
    Confidential Information does not include information that:
    • Is publicly available at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of this agreement.
    • Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the Confidential Information.
    • Is required to be disclosed by law, provided the disclosing party is given notice and an opportunity to seek protective measures.
  5. Duration of Confidentiality
    The obligation of confidentiality shall remain in effect indefinitely or until the creator explicitly releases the information into the public domain.
  6. Remedies for Breach
    In the event of a breach of this agreement, the disclosing party reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and recovery of legal fees.
