By accessing these services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that MindQuest is an entertainment-based game, not a therapy service. 1. Nature of MindQuest and Unifie

MindQuest is a game designed solely for entertainment and educational purposes. It is not intended to replace professional therapy services. All users acknowledge that the representatives and affiliates of Tryst Beauty, Relaxation, and Education Inc. do not provide any form of professional mental health counseling or therapy. By participating in MindQuest, users take full responsibility for their actions and the consequences of their choices. Unifie, a platform provided by Tryst Beauty Relaxation Education Inc., offers booking and marketing services, but makes no warranties about the quality of third-party services provided through its platform.

2. Subscription and Payment

MindQuest users agree to a subscription fee of $100.00 per month, which grants access to the game for 30 days. Non-payment will result in a suspension of access. Reinstating access requires payment of the subscription fee. Unifie offers several membership tiers with varying fees for service bookings and product sales, as detailed below:

  • Initial setup fee for Unifie booking members: $100 (non-refundable)
  • Monthly fee: $80 for unlimited bookings (up to 3 interchangeable products)
  • E-commerce self-manage membership: $20/month for up to 15 products, 10% commission + $0.30 per transaction
  • Turnkey membership: $49/month, 10% commission + $0.30 per transaction

3. Assignments and Content

Upon subscribing to MindQuest, users will receive a randomly selected assignment, including instructions and assignment cards. Unifie users are responsible for ensuring that any content or promotional material they contribute is accurate, lawful, and in compliance with these terms.

4. Privacy and Data

Both MindQuest and Unifie collect personal information in accordance with Tryst Beauty, Relaxation, and Education Inc.'s Privacy Policy. By using these services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on MindQuest and Unifie are the intellectual property of Tryst Beauty, Relaxation, and Education Inc., unless otherwise stated. Users may access and use this material for personal purposes only and are prohibited from republishing or redistributing it without written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

9. Marketing and Promotions for Unifie Members

By subscribing to Unifie, you consent to Tryst Beauty, Relaxation, and Education Inc. using your promotional materials across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. Any costs for paid advertising are your sole responsibility. Additionally, all refunds, shipping, and handling concerns related to your products or services are to be managed by you as the vendor.

10. Disclaimer: Not a Therapy Service

MindQuest is a game intended for entertainment and self-exploration. It is not therapy. If you are seeking professional help, we recommend consulting with a licensed therapist or counselor.     • Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the Confidential Information.
