1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the MindQuest Individual Custom Missions Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any applicable policies or guidelines provided by MindQuest. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.


2. Program Overview
MindQuest Individual Custom Missions is a personalized, task-driven program designed to help participants work on their personal challenges and goals. The Program spans 3 months and includes:

  • A private landing page where custom missions are updated.
  • Weekly 1-hour meetings via Zoom.
  • Support through text and email.
  • Custom-tailored tasks and resources.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Program. If the Program involves individuals under 18, a legal guardianโ€™s consent is required, and supervision during participation is mandatory. Corporate, family, and group participation are available, subject to specific terms agreed upon with MindQuest.


4. Program Cost and Payment Terms
The total cost of the 3-month Program is $5,000. Payment is structured as follows:

  • $2,500 deposit due upon enrollment.
  • The remaining balance of $2,500 paid in monthly installments of $833.33.

Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or an agreed payment method. Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in suspension of services.


5. Insurance Coverage
MindQuest accepts certain insurance plans to help cover the cost of the Program. It is your responsibility to verify if your insurance provider is accepted and to submit claims for reimbursement. MindQuest will assist in submitting the required documents for eligible claims but is not responsible for any denial of claims by your insurer.


6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The $2,500 deposit is non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the Program.
  • If you wish to cancel before the Program starts, you may request cancellation, but the deposit will not be refunded.
  • After the Program starts, no refunds will be issued for completed services or partial participation.
  • If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us to discuss potential options, such as deferring to a later date or transferring your participation.

7. Program Duration and Termination
The Program runs for 3 months from the date of the first mission. Weekly meetings are required to ensure proper progress. MindQuest reserves the right to terminate your participation if you repeatedly miss meetings, fail to comply with tasks, or breach these Terms. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination due to non-compliance.


8. Confidentiality and Privacy
MindQuest respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data, including but not limited to health-related information, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering the Program. Your custom mission details, task submissions, and progress updates will be stored securely on your private landing page. For more details on how your data is managed, refer to our Privacy Policy.


9. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the Program, including but not limited to custom missions, videos, articles, books, blog posts, and other resources, is the intellectual property of MindQuest or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on this content without prior written permission from MindQuest.


10. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant in the Program, you are expected to:

  • Complete tasks and missions as instructed.
  • Attend weekly meetings or notify us in advance if you need to reschedule.
  • Engage openly and actively in the process to achieve your personal goals.
  • Maintain respectful communication with MindQuest staff and other participants, if applicable.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in limited success in the Program, and MindQuest is not responsible for lack of progress due to non-compliance.


11. Professional Disclaimer
MindQuest Individual Custom Missions is a self-improvement and personal growth program. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. While we provide tools and guidance to help you grow, if you are dealing with serious mental health issues, we encourage you to seek professional help. We will assist by providing relevant information and recommendations, if needed, during the Program.


12. Limitation of Liability
MindQuest will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of progress, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from your experience in the Program. MindQuest provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes of the Program.


13. Amendments to the Program and Terms
MindQuest reserves the right to modify the Program, its structure, or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law
These Terms and your participation in the Program are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MindQuest operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

  4. Exceptions to Confidentiality
    Confidential Information does not include information that:

    • Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the Confidential Information.
    • Is required to be disclosed by law, provided the disclosing party is given notice and an opportunity to seek protective measures.
